Delivery Policy
Our team will process your order within 3 to 5 business days. Orders received after 5 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
Carrier: we ship by the delivery people you choose when placing your order. We do not provide deliveries during public holidays.
Delivery Times: Once processed, domestically shipped orders are typically delivered within 7 business days. Orders shipped internationally are typically delivered within 14 business days.
If there is a delay in processing your order, please use the tracking information found in the order confirmation email. We cannot be held responsible for carrier or customs related delays.

Return policy (Refunds)
In accordance with current legislation, and in particular Articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days following receipt of the item to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or incur penalties.
In accordance with article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code, you then have a period of fourteen (14) days following notification of your decision to cancel to return the item(s) concerned. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product(s), except in the case of defective products or products that do not conform to the order.
In accordance with the law, we undertake to reimburse you no later than 14 days following the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw, unless there is a justified delay. However, we may postpone reimbursement until the day we recover the products in their original condition, or until you provide proof of shipment of the products.
How to return one or more products.
These conditions apply to you if:
You reconsider your purchase decision
You made a mistake when placing your order
The product is not what you were looking for
The product received has a defect (not to be confused with a natural cavity or crack in the stone).

The cost of returning one or more products from your order is at your expense, except in the case of defective products or products that do not conform to the order.
Refund terms and deadlines
In the event of a product return, for whatever reason, we undertake to reimburse you within 3 to 5 days of receipt of your products (in their original condition and carefully packaged) using the payment method you used for your initial order.
